The user of this site warrants that all information supplied is his/hers to give. Any intent to mislead the site will constitute an act of fraud.
We offer secure and fully insured delivery of your purchase throughout South Africa. This means that, until you’ve signed for receipt of the delivery, it is risk free. We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt. We make use of SAPO counter-to-counter delivery service. Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as we have received proof of full payment. When we have sufficient stock of a particular item and during the working week it will take a 3-5 working days for your purchase to reach you anywhere in South Africa. If an item is out of stock a RSQ ‘Request Stock Query’ can be put through and you will receive an email notification when the product is back in stock, an order for that item can then be placed atyour convenience. No deliveries will be made on weekends. In periods of high demand and where items have to be specially made up, deliveries may take longer, but in such cases we shall inform you of delivery dates. Please give a shipping address where you, or someone you trust, will be available to sign for receipt
Validity of Information
We have made every attempt to ensure that all images, pricelists and other information on the website are as accurate and complete as possible. Please note that images of our products may not match the stated spec accurately. Prices are subject to change at any time. If prices have not been updated on an item you have ordered you will be contacted informing you of this change and requested to re order at the new price if you so wish.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of the order being delivered. All items sent back to us must be in its original condition: not worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached. You [the customer] will be liable for the shipping cost and we will charge you 15% of your order amount as our restocking fee. If the parcel reached you, but you do not want to sign this and return the order to us, we will charge you 50% of the order amount as a fee.
