Deliveries
We provide secure and fully insured delivery across South Africa. Your purchase remains risk-free until signed for upon receipt. Please inspect your package for any damage or tampering before signing.
Service Provider: Deliveries are handled via SAPO counter-to-counter services.
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched after full payment is confirmed. Deliveries typically take 3–5 business days if items are in stock.
Out of Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, you can submit a Request Stock Query (RSQ). We’ll notify you via email once the item is restocked, allowing you to place a new order.
High Demand or Special Orders: In busy periods or for custom items, delivery times may extend. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed of expected dates.
Weekend Deliveries: No deliveries are made on weekends.
Delivery Address: Please provide an address where you or a trusted individual will be available to sign for receipt.
Accuracy of Information

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
Customer Liability:
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
A 15% restocking fee will apply.
If the parcel is refused upon delivery and returned to us without prior communication, a 50% fee will be charged.
