We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery to the shipping destination (not the order date). To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition as received.

Refunds

If a refund is requested, a fee of R190 will be deducted if you opt for a store-arranged collection.

We will cover all shipping fees for returns due to faulty products or errors on our part,

What finance options does Olympic Cycles offer?

We currently offer trusted Buy Now, Pay Later solutions including PayJustNow and PayFlex. Depending on the option selected, you can split your payment into either 3 or 4 interest-free installments directly at checkout.

Can I still get my order immediately if I choose a payment plan?

Absolutely. Once your payment plan is approved and your first installment is paid, your order is processed just like a normal purchase — meaning you can get riding sooner while paying over time.
