SCOTT Road Team BOA Cycling Shoes – Road / SPD-SL & LOOK KEO
The SCOTT Road Team BOA is a performance-oriented road cycling shoe designed to give riders a good mix of pedalling efficiency, comfort and secure fit. With a Stiffness Index of 8, the composite outsole provides a firm platform for putting power through the pedals without making the shoe excessively harsh for longer rides.
The BOA Fit System provides precise micro-adjustment across the foot, while the anatomical fit strap adds extra support lower down. The ErgoLogic removable insole provides additional underfoot support for longer days in the saddle, making the Road Team BOA suitable for everything from regular training to gran fondos and fast group rides.
The shoe uses a standard 3-bolt road cleat mounting system, making it suitable for road pedal systems such as Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO.
Key Benefits
Stiffness Index 8 for efficient power transfer
BOA Fit System for precise micro-adjustment
Anatomical fit strap for additional foot security
Composite outsole with a performance-focused level of stiffness
ErgoLogic removable insole for added foot support
Performance Fit for a secure road-riding feel
Lightweight polyurethane and polyester upper
Standard 3-bolt road cleat mounting
Compatible with Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO cleats
Who is the SCOTT Road Team BOA best suited for?
The Road Team BOA is suited to road cyclists, serious club riders, gran fondo riders and cyclists looking for a step up from an entry-level road shoe. Its combination of stiffness and comfort makes it particularly useful for riders who spend plenty of time in the saddle but don't necessarily need a full race-spec shoe.
