FLR F-9 Road Cycling Shoes – Carbon / SPD-SL & LOOK KEO
The FLR F-9 is a performance-focused road cycling shoe built for riders who want a stiff, efficient platform for racing, hard training and fast road riding. At its heart is FLR’s R500 carbon-fibre outsole, designed to minimise flex and give you a direct connection between your feet and the pedals.
The lightweight microfiber upper uses targeted ventilation to keep airflow moving through the shoe, while the dual A-Top micro-adjustable dials allow the fit to be fine-tuned across the foot. The Pro Tour last gives the shoe a more performance-oriented shape, making it suited to riders who prefer a secure, race-focused fit.
The F-9 uses a standard 3-hole road cleat mounting pattern, making it compatible with Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO road cleats. It is a strong option for riders looking to step up to a proper carbon-soled road shoe without moving into the most expensive flagship options.
Key Benefits
R500 carbon-fibre outsole for high stiffness and efficient power transfer
Performance-focused Pro Tour last
Lightweight microfiber upper with ventilation
Dual A-Top dials for precise fit adjustment
Sculpted footbed with supportive heel
Race-oriented fit for hard riding and competition
Standard 3-hole road cleat mount
Compatible with Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO cleats
Who is the FLR F-9 best suited for?
The F-9 is aimed at road racers, serious club riders and performance-focused cyclists who want a stiff carbon sole and a secure, precise fit. It makes sense for riders who want more performance than an entry-level or nylon-soled road shoe can offer.
