???? What it is

A pair of tubeless valve stems, used to seal air inside a tubeless tyre system (no inner tube).

These replace the traditional inner tube valve and screw directly into the rim.

???? What the description means

???? “2x tubeless valves”

  • You get two valve stems (usually one for each wheel)
  • Used on tubeless setups for:
    • Road bikes
    • MTB (mountain bikes)
    • Gravel bikes

???? “Nickel stems”

  • The valve body is made from metal (or nickel-coated alloy)
  • Benefits:
    • Corrosion resistance (important with sealant inside tyres)
    • Stronger than cheap plastic valves
    • More durable for repeated tyre pressure changes

???? What tubeless valves actually do

Instead of using an inner tube:

  • The tyre seals directly against the rim
  • The valve is bolted into the rim with a rubber base
  • Sealant inside the tyre helps seal small punctures

???? The valve is what lets you inflate and maintain pressure in that sealed system

???? Pros

  • Lighter than inner tube setups
  • Less chance of punctures (sealant self-seals small holes)
  • Better ride feel at lower pressures
  • Strong, reusable metal construction

⚠️ Cons

  • Installation is more technical
  • Needs sealant maintenance
  • Valve cores can clog over time (needs cleaning)
  • Not useful unless your wheels are tubeless-ready

???? Bottom line

This is not a pump or accessory—it’s a core component for running tubeless tyres.

If your bike is still using inner tubes, these are unnecessary.
If you’re converting to tubeless, they’re essential.
