This is a MatchMaker X (MMX) clamp for the right side of your handlebars, made by SRAM.
It lets you mount multiple controls on a single clamp instead of using separate clamps for each component.
???? What it actually does
Instead of having:
- One clamp for your brake lever
- Another clamp for your shifter
- Another for a dropper remote
…it combines them into one integrated mounting point.
???? So your handlebar looks cleaner and has more space.

This specific clamp is compatible with SRAM systems like:
- Code
- G2
- Guide
- Level
- Elixir
- DB series brakes
- MMX-compatible shifters and remotes
It only works if both your:
- Brake lever
- Shifter (or remote)
are MatchMaker X-compatible (MMX standard).
