The FLR F-XX Knit is a lightweight, performance-focused road cycling shoe built around a full-carbon R500 outsole and a highly breathable knit upper. With a stiffness index of 14 on FLR's scale, the carbon sole is designed to provide a solid, efficient platform for hard training, racing and putting power through the pedals.
The standout feature is the three-layer XD-Knit nylon upper, which combines a secure fit with excellent airflow around the foot. Ventilation panels help keep things cooler on longer rides and warmer days, while the single A-Top micro-adjustable dial provides quick and precise closure.
The F-XX Knit uses a standard 3-hole road cleat mounting pattern, meaning you can run either LOOK KEO or Shimano SPD-SL cleats. Cleats are not included with the shoes, so simply fit the cleat system that matches your road pedals.
