The SRAM Eagle 70 T-Type Mechanical Single Click Trigger Shifter is part of SRAM’s new Transmission ecosystem, designed to bring modern shifting performance and drivetrain longevity to a cable-actuated setup.
Built specifically for 12-speed Eagle T-Type derailleurs, it uses SRAM’s updated T-Type actuation to deliver a smoother, more controlled shift feel compared to older Eagle mechanical systems. The revised ergonomics and improved cable pull geometry make shifting more consistent under load, especially on technical terrain.
A key feature is the Single Click design, which limits each shift to one gear change. This is especially important for E-MTB use, as it reduces drivetrain stress and helps prevent premature chain and cassette wear when shifting under motor torque.
It also features a clean cockpit design, with an integrated clamp and compatibility with SRAM’s Stealth brake setup for a more streamlined handlebar layout.
