SUGGESTED USAGE
Red Fruit: 1-4 pouches / day.
Mango Passionfruit with caffeine: 1-3 pouches / day.
Mango Passionfruit: High caffeine content (123 mg / 100 g). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Take 1 pouch as required in regular intervals during exercise with water.
