This is a one-piece crank (OPC) system designed for small 16-inch wheel bicycles, usually kids’ bikes or very basic single-speed cruisers.
Like other OPC setups, the crank and axle are a single solid steel piece that runs through a simple cup-and-ball bottom bracket.
