All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, driver limitations or other events outside of our control.
Delivery and processing will typically take between 3-5 business days upon reflection of payment. IE; this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. This means shipments will go out from Monday to Friday excluding all public holidays. Orders that may be subject to incorrect billing information or require additional verification will be delayed.
In the event of a return, the customer is resposible for any additional shipping fees incurred unless otherwise stated. Should you wish to return your order please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Olympic Cycles offers a flat shipping fee which may be suject to change at anytime without prior notification.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Olympic Cycles offers international shipping to all countries listed under SADC, SADC-EPA, EFTA and MERCOSUR.

A minimum purchase value of R 5500 must be made in order for your order to be eligable for the above mentioned shipping method.
International delivery can take anywhere between 7-30 days to arrive, depending on customs.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your waybill number for tracking purposes. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes of any items shipped.
RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits applied to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.
We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
RETURNS
Returns and or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the order arriving at its destination, not order creation date.
To be eligible for a return, or exchange on your order or part of your order the item[s] must be unused and in the same condition received.
In the case of a refund being requested, Olympic Cycles will deduct R 190 per collection if you would prefer an uplift to be arrange via the store.
In the event of a return due to a Olympic Cycles fault or faulty product, we will cover the full shipping fees incured.
