Warranty registration

The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) gives you as the consumer the right to return defective goods within six months of purchase date if they develop a fault which renders them unfit for purpose — unless, “those goods have been altered contrary to the instructions”

Note — once the six month period has elapsed, no refund will be issued and a store credit will be applied to your account subject to each individual returns outcome, ie; you wish to not proceed with the replacement product.

Note — our general ‘returns and refund’ policy does not apply to any warranty handling.

A general handling fee will also be charged on any warranty request where shipping of the item/s will take place.
