Our 14 day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase, to be sure you’ve made the right decision. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 14 days from date of shipment for an exchange or a refund. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels entact. Items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. When you decide to return the item, please send us an e-mail, stating that the item will be returned. Include the Please insure your package! It will be your liability until the POD is signed by ourselves.
